#Flow is a mental state in which person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energised focus, full involvement and enjoyment.
#Flow theory was introduced in 1970s by Hungarian-American psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihaly. He was distinguished Professor of Psychology and Management at Claremont Graduate University.
He dedicated his whole beautiful life to his "Flow" and creating happiness /delivering happiness for human beings.
The popularity of Flow is increasing day by day, especially in a digital world where concentration on a task/process/moment is a huge challenge
